Before & Afters

A picture is worth a thousand words...or so they say. Take a look at the before and afters on this home to see how much was done to get it up-to-date for a new owner!

  • The clean up on this home (both the trash-out and make-ready service) was performed by
    Karen's Make Ready Service
    (832-264-2531).

  • The demo and remodeling work was done by Sugar Land Contractor, White Hat Construction
    (281-305-4558).

  • The project coordination, design, and staging was performed by Sugar Land REALTOR,
    Sheila Cox
    (832-622-1233).

Many thanks to Karen, Ryan, and Ben who helped to turn this good house into a GREAT house!

The living room just needed a clean-up and some neutral paint...and a new ceiling fan.

The hutch was removed and painted to open up the breakfast room to the living room...what a difference!

A view of the fireplace which you could barely see before.

New paint, cabinets, granite counters, floors, sink, faucet, light fixtures, stainless appliances, breakfast bar...

Check out this gorgeous sink and faucet.

New stainless stove top too!

The laundry room cleaned up well with a new back door, flooring, and fresh paint and hardware on cabinets.

Neutral paint freshened up the master bedroom.

Master bath remodeled with custom cabinets, granite counters, new sink, new faucet, and new light fixtures.

Brand new master bathroom with oversized-tile shower.

Yes, that is fungi growing in the master bathroom.

The entire master shower was removed and replaced with a tile shower with glass doors.

We turned this make-shift closet back into the third bedroom, but left the shelves for future books, toys, etc.

Hall bath also got a major update with all new cabinets, granite counters, sinks, faucets, light fixtures, paint, and flooring.

Here's a view of one of the new sinks in the hall bath.

The paneling in the hallway was removed to freshen it up.

This bedroom had a major clean-up and neutral paint did the rest!

We did put the closet doors back on.

The old, rotted "cat porch" was removed so the covered patio can be enjoyed again.

The old rotted deck was removed and we found a slab (approx. 8x8) which would be a great place for a grill or patio furniture.

We also removed the old play house and swingset.

Both back doors were replaced with these fantastic doors that have enclosed mini-blinds.

Isn't this yard gorgeous?!

The falling down fence has been replaced and the carport cleaned up.

The garage needed a major cleanup...and got one! We had to turn it back into a garage...previously it was two storage rooms.
