Episcopal Health System, St. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital opened in
October 2008 with a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services.
The 100-bed, acute care hospital in Sugar Land's Lake Pointe Town
Center, located at U.S. Highway 59 and Highway 6, features:
- Two floors of beautifully decorated private rooms
- Full floor dedicated to women's services, including a newborn
nursery and a level 2 NICU
- 16-bed intensive care unit
- Surgical suites and special procedure rooms for endoscopy and
pain procedures
- Cardiac catheterization labs
- Comprehensive diagnostic and imaging services
- Pediatric observation
- Emergency department with 11 standard treatment rooms, one
trauma room and five pediatric observation rooms
- Sleep Center
- Patient rooms with internet access and flat screen televisions

St. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital offers
non-invasive cardiology services, including stress tests,
nuclear cardiology, echocardiography and peripheral
vascular studies. |

Women will find a full floor
dedicated to women’s services, as well as a newborn nursery
and level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit right here in Sugar
Land. |

Our surgeons operate in large
surgical suites with new design and equipment, plus special
procedure rooms for endoscopy and pain procedures.

Diagnostic and imaging services
include a 64 slice CT scanner and 1.5T MRI, providing

specially designed triage, exam and procedure rooms for

Board-certified orthopedic surgeons provide minimally
invasive procedures, sports medicine, total joint
replacement and surgery for muscle, hand, foot and ankle,
upper extremity and spine, teamed with our skilled nurses

of care associated with the St. Luke's name. |
Since 1998, Methodist Sugar Land Hospital has
been serving Fort Bend and surrounding counties as an extension of The Methodist
Hospital in the famous Texas Medical Center. For more than a decade, we have
been an integral part of the Fort Bend community, offering both state-of-the-art
technology and excellent medical care in a unique, home-like environment.
2008 marked the grand opening of our expanded
facilities, which allows our six-story patient care pavilion to quadruple our
capacity. In addition, we have expanded the majority of our services with the

Methodist Sugar Land Hospital is a fully
