 Greatwood
is a very large, beautiful community, just South of
Sugar Land, Texas, on Hwy. 59. Residing on
approximately 32 acres of lakes, and one of the
top sugar land golf course communities, this
neighborhood is
located on the Greatwood golf course and has three
public swimming pools, a community club house,
tennis courts, parks, a jogging trail, and a
four-acre nature park. One of the only naturally
wooded communities in Southwest Houston, Greatwood
is home to more than 3,000 households. With homes
available from the $130,000s to more than $1 million.
